Leader of the Pack

Bill Clinton has established the standard
Of what our First Felon must be.
There's a sign saying "Do not apply"
If you have integrity
Or basic morality.

Of the candidates now in the race
Most measure up to the test,
But the smart money's on George W.
For fulfilling the standard the best,
But let us not discount the rest.
