Tortured Logic

They call him that bad day's "mastermind,"
But the charge is clearly misaimed.
Only after ample coercion
Was his major role self-proclaimed.

So when is he going to face justice?
They say it won't be anytime soon.
Most likely it will be well after
Our men have "returned" to the moon.

But we’ll keep him firmly in custody
In accord with the "laws of war,"
Until Terror has at last cried "uncle,"
And we claim to have settled the score.
